Valkyrie Profile with japanese voices and english dialogue

Hi everyone. I really new to this whole patching games thing. I was just wondering if it's possible to take a game that is already been translated, and the raw Japanese version, and put the English translation into the Japanese version or take the Japanese voice track and put it into the us translated version. I just want to be able to play Star Ocean 2 and Valkyrie Profile without having to hear the English dub. If anyone knows an easy way of doing this I would appreciate the help.

It's possible, it has been done before, People did it for Star ocean 2, nobody did it for Valkyrie Profile yet. Look up undub games, and you should find it.

I can tell you there's a Valkyrie Profile 2 undub, but I'm guessing you want the first game.

Sorry guys, I'm kinda new to this forum. Thank you for all of the info. I did actually manage to get a copy of Star Ocean 2 undubbed. I've been reading that Valkyrie Profile is encrypted so that is the reason we havent seen an undubbed version for that game. I wish we new someone that could decrypt files.
