Everything's in there, from endings, to Cooking Master dialogue, to anything else you can imagine.

It's sorted by region.  Each text block is a specific room in the game.

By sorted, I mean it's all kinda lumped together... XD  The game stores entire regions' data in one file, so along with the dialogue, the sprite data and backgrounds would be as well.
