This is what makes me angry.  Can't they let us choose?  Geez it's annoying.  :/  I've been playing the entire series in Japanese, and now they're going to make me switch to American cancel/confirm configuration!

perhaps you can trick it if you change your country location in the settings... to japan?

Well keep in mind it is a demo, and that it was only intended to be downloaded in Japan.

The real thing might have a control config override in it, such as BlazBlue, it would default the controls to that of your region, but you are able to go into options and change whatever language/control settings you like.

I'm looking forward to this...but is the PS3 version really harder to play--in controller format terms--than the 360 version?

It shouldn't be that hard. I'm used to Symphonia PS2, Abyss and Destiny: DC so I should find it okay...

Just played the demo myself, and control wise, I find the PS3 controller easier to use mainly due to the triggers being easier to push for Fatal Strikes and such.
The demo itself is pretty fun, Patty's an interesting addition, and I really like how there's scene skipping + item descriptions when you get items. New artes are really nice too.
Control scheme can be edited in the demo to your choosing.
Loading times are a bit longer than the 360 version, but it's hardly noticable at all. It's nowhere near the horrid loading times of PS2 Symphonia, for example.

Worth a buy it seems, but I'm going to wait to see if there's a small chance for an English localization.

I was expecting a new batch of cameos for the Party arena. Oh well. Yuri as Judas is pretty awesome, though. Fits better than I would have expected. I find it funny they've been dodging that Guy costume for Flynn, though Cless fits pretty well.
