Ah well then...
...I like the SP system because it makes battles a lot more strategic and it gives players an incentive to use their parties to the full extent.

I like it too. I just don't like the behid the enemy penalty. To me, it takes wherewithal to stop what you're doing, jump over the enemy and hit a mage, rather than just go back in and out letting your sp recharge. This probably would also be less problamatic if I wasn't lost on the Aethersphere and could go to Lienea and get the people-switchy thing so that I can switch people in the middle of battle.
