The theme song is already available through iTunes.  I actually installed the program just so I can legally download it.

I'm really liking the song.  This song makes me feel like I'm loving J-Pop all over again.

RPGmonkey posted this scan on GameFAQs. Quality is craptacular but it's better than nothing. There's some stuff showing off the new skill system tied to weapons.

Yes, I know I know, no one cares, but just from the looks of the site, the new native alphabet in ToV is again 1 to 1 (and not even that creative of one).

System's still greyed out.

btw, now that Fujishima's actual design pic of Flynn's up, there's seriously some Guy-Cless lovechild thing happening. Guy more comfortable with guys, you say?! OTL

Huh, and I thought that was just my lousy internet connection. Talk about unoptimized.

Still the sideways font lettering thing is kinda' neat, even if lazy, I wonder what the rest of the alphabet looks like.

I kind of like the letters. I don't think they're to legible. I read someone talking about them being sideways English before I saw them, so I can't say how long I would've taken to decipher them, but looking less English-like didn't keep me from figuring ToA out really fast.

If anything, they're too illegible. Lots of very similar looking symbols.

I think I see a bipedal(?) reptilian horse on the screenshot page. (Being ridden by Flynn.) I guess Team Symphonia is fond of them! Well, I can't blame them. I am too. Bipedal reptilian horses for the win.

Flash websites are the worst thing to ever happen to the internet.
Overzealous web designers who care more about the page looking pretty than being user-friendly are the worse thing to happen to the internet. Flash itself is fine (though kind of annoying if you continue to neglect to get the new flash player).

Cyllya predicts:
--Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World will reveal that Ratatosk was involved in ToS's last required scene in Heimdall.
--Tales of Vesperia's plot will involve space aliens in some way

They really weren't noticable until the mouseover JP started corresponding with English and symbols' letter count. Turned my head and saw News and Chara. Of course, after all that I see Menu vertically and go "duh".

New images here, now including some menu stuff...

As long as they aren't flash, at least I can (usually) right-click and copy text/images on those kinds of pages, and bookmark individual pages... Tongue

the game is not looking bad.. but if what I heard in gamespot is correct... that bar in the left has something to do with combos (they sayed combos were done by "tapping" and pressing in the right time.. OH NOES THEY KILLED TALES STAPLE X(!!! ) anyways outside of that, where is the OL bar? I am pretty sure I saw in the trailer Yuri doing a ToA style Overlimit (with the burst), but in every pic I see from vesperia.. there are no OL bars.. anyways graphically wise it is cool (but who buys a game for graphics)

I think that "combo bar" you're talking about IS the OL bar; it's the only other bar around. XD  As for timing your combos.. it might be similar to FF Crystal Chronicles (if anyone has played that XD;;..) where rapidly mashing the attack button won't link the attacks.  You have to time it properly and press the attack button right when the first slash ends in order to combo.  I think it was like that in Eternia, but I dunno.  Haven't played it in like a year... =/
