I was wondering about that myself just a few minutes ago.

Hopefully, there's no more hurdles for Tales of the Tempest to deal with.  Not only that, see Teichan make an update mentioning the date to make complete confirmation on the set date.

I think that's just a placeholder. The date hasn't been officially announced yet.

Funny, I was just about to pre-order it.

Let's hope this game isn't delayed again, but if it means higher quality (which it almost always does, because if you don't care about quality, why not do a rush job Tongue?), it'll make everyone happy.

According to some reliable reatilers (Play-Asia also has this date on their site now), the date is set and there should be the return of the Official fanbook as a pre-order bonus and a fukifuki purse too. I remember in the Bandai Namco conference they talked about a date of  around "late October", so I'd expect the site to update on Monday.

Where do you have to order it from to get the pre-order bonus?

Usually http://www.himeyashop.com can guarantee pre-order bonuses, but strangely enough, Tales of the Tempest doesn't seem to be on their database.

Yeah i've noticed that Tales of the tempest isn't listed on a lot of import sites... well of the sites I know of, Play-asia is the only one that has it up for pre-order.

I have a good feeling this will hit the US after the holiday rush, so I'll be waiting.

Tempest recently appeared on Tales Studio's products page together with Phantasia PSP and Destiny PS2 (probably related to Bandai Namco practically absorbing the studio last spring getting them involved in everything Tales, thus all the Tempest delays, or something like that).

In case anyone didn't notice who wanted the preorder bonus, Tales of the Tempest is up on Himeya Shop now.  Also, Tales of Destiny's PS2 remake can be found on there as well.

Tales of the Tempest is $51
Tales of Destiny is $72

I'm not sure about shipping over there, but those are the standard prices.
