I don't know if this will pan out in the end... it could be a mistake and orders could get cancelled. But you probably won't get any bonus goods either if it goes through.

Seems they do, and quite reasonably priced.

I guess this place is just a branch of CD Universe, who's apparently been around for quite awhile.
