I don't really know exactly what we're looking at here. One would think "ND remake!" but I'm not too sure. Could it be another ToP remake that combines the story with Narikiri Dungeon's? Or could it technically be ToP:ND2 and be another entry in series?
If it's an ND remake, they're being far, far, far more liberal with the source material than they were with the Destiny remake.

Looking at the scan, it's hard to tell if it's a remake or a sequel to the game. Maybe it's because the character Etos on there is throwing me off (making me realize that Kururu isn't there).
Well, I'll just wait for more details then.

Well, there's some sort of rumor that whole of ToP will be included in this? I need more info, stat. The X pretty much implies crossover of some sort, at least.

Also, hahaha, it looks like Kururu is being replaced by Etos. I want to buy this Day 1 if it continues to sound good.

Cautiously optimistic, said optimism depending upon the amount of recycled stuff.

So, it's a remake of ND1, eh? And now I hear it's also a ToP remake and I'm confused.

From what I've heard it sounds like ToP FVE is included in this as an extra, but they're fixing some of the battle system issues (spell pausing, probably making it so you don't have the "can only move when doing attacks and run back to initial place" issue).
Although that scan is pretty grainy so I guess we'll have to wait till Namdai releases more information.

I feel sorry for JYB if a Tales crossover game with Cless, Guy, and Emil in it ever shows up in stateside. That's like five voices for the price of three. That guy is the most overused voice actor in America.

The unionized JYB. I would kill to see unionized actors in Tales again, and Lloyd changed back for the better.
Okay, back on topic. I'm curious as to whether or not they'll make any significant changes to Phantasia, like getting rid of the spell lag or adding mystic arte cut-ins. They say they're modernizing the battle system, so those two would be obvious refinements.

This dude.
Probably best known for being Nathan Drake in Uncharted and being ubiquitous.

The gameplay is quite similar overall. You can change classes (Costumes), explore randomly generated dungeons... etc.
I suppose its neat seeing the Tales battle system implemented on a GBC >_>

No fetch quests like in ND2+3 and RM1+2, right?

This seems moderately-interesting. I'll wait 'till it's out before I start to do any heavy research into it.
