http://www.mediafire.com/?4hlrcmm2c6rhtq3Barubary at SpritersResource unpacked the char.dat in the btl folder in the TOH rom. These contains the characters sprites. However, the ones that can be read are the files E007 onwards. the First 6 files E001=E006 as well as thier sub files (i.e. E001_XX_STK.DS3) cannot be read by a tile viewer (only the palettes are viewable). The sprites are tile, but I can take the time to put them together.
I would be very grateful if anyone can tell or have a way to rip them as I want to make a mugen character. DesMume does have a layer disable feature but the sprites and the 3D backgrounds are on the same layer. If I disable the 3D effects it also removes the sprites.
