Would Namco even think of releasing a game with a title like that outside Japan? Then again, Kingdom Hearts...

While there is not much info on this Tales of Hearts, I can still say one thing.

I'm not liking the CGI characters shown there.  I don't know what it is that makes me feel this way.  The Inomata artwork next to it showing how nice the artwork is compared to the CGI rendering?  Too drastically different?  It's just something I can't put my finger on.

So... what are they going to do when they run out of letters?

I'll take it they'll repeat letters.  I mean, wasn't there that one mobile Tales game, Tales of Wahrheit, reusing a W.

I wouldn't worry about the name... there's Shadow Hearts and Dual Hearts already, why bother with another "hearts" game? If they need a reason not to localize this, the name isn't a good one.


(And if they run out of letters for the titles, we'll probably start having Tales with numbers. Like Tales of the 4byss or Tales of the 7empest. )

Seriously, these 2d games have become my weak spot. I love em to death
I hope they localize this....its not like we're talkin Sony or anything, so it might make it. But then again, Innocence nor Tempest made it(not so dissapointed by Tempest), soo.... Meh, guess we'll have to wait and see....

CG looks terrible, but the fact that the actual game is 2D is pretty nice. I hope the combat is like Eternia.

...Who sayed that the battle was going to be 2D XD?
I am pretty sure it will be one of those "2D in field 3D in battle" games (though I would love a full fledged 2D game after so many 3D games, though ToI was the best 3D jewel to face earth... so I got my hopes up for this)

Team Destiny confirmed. This'll probably be the best DS Tales game.

I still hate that handheld is basically synonymous with 3 character parties

"- 2008 winter, Tales of Heart. Production I.G for anime movie, Shirogumi for full 3D movie. You can either pick to play which movie, or it's gonna be two games, one with anime and the other with the 3D.
- Battle system "Combination Aerial LMBS", if you meet certain condition(s), characters that aren't in the battle can join in too.
- Theme song by DEEN. Title "Towa no Ashita" or "Eien no Asu" or change the words around between those. Not sure without kana. "
