What I'd give for this to be real the reason there has been no confirmation of a localization...

*spit-take* Another PS3 port?! Like you said, it'd be nice if it's the reason why there's no official word of a localization in the works but we've been there before already. That's a new outfit on Sophie, right? It actually looks almost normal .

Oh, hey! Kanonno is Canadian this time!

Somehow I doubt we'll see ToG PS3 either. RM3 obviously won't come here because we didn't get RM2, that leaves the secret 3rd project as the only one with a chance of coming over. Namco is seriously the king of trolling their own fanbase.

Guess I'll be owning all three next-gen systems by the end of the year...

I'm guessing that when a home console mainline game is first released on a non-Sony system from now on, it's a beta.  Cheesy

This ia pretty big dilemma. Do I buy the Wii version because it's getting a fan-translation, or do I buy the PS3 version because I won't have to play it on the computer?

I figured Graces'd show up in RM3. I hope Hearts does, too (though I think it'd just be Shing/Kohaku/Hisui).

Wat, an actual SCAN in this day and age and not a shitty photograph?

Concept art for the untitled PS3 game looks unlike anything I've seen in the series before. Could be a good thing.

Why can't they just include everyone in RM3?

Didn't they say they wanted the new HD game to like like a painting? I'm guessing the final game will try to emulate the look of that artwork...

Technically they could bring RM3 over here as RM2, considering none of the games (AFAIK?) are tied together significantly in their story.

I do wonder if Graces PS3 was the reason Namdai decided to stop their localization plans earlier this year, though...

I've been wondering.  Why do Famitsu pages appear as photos more often than as scans?  It boggles me considering how ridiculously easy it is to put up a scan. =/

Oh, man. Whenever a new Tales is announced, the butthurt flies up to preposterous levels... I don't know what that's more of a statement of, the state of the series, or the maturity level of the fans... not that there's not level-headed people out there (that's in part why I come here instead of other places, I guess), but still...

Because some times the lazy sod who's leaking the stuff is just grabbing the magazine from a convenience store and taking shots with their cell phone. And scanning implies that they... you know... buy it...

Nice outfit, Kanonno Tongue

As for ToG on the PS3... well... half expected that to happen and Namco can double-dip on the DLCs... Can we have any word on a localisation now?

Most likely they will especially when RM itself is following in ND3 footsteps

Timed ports tend to do that.

True, but at this point, people should stop being so shocked with the porting shinannigans.

And does anyone notice the tree in the middle? Great Kharlan tree, maybe?  And if you look at the character on the far right, his costume design looks similar to Mithos, and I don't know if it's just the lighting or a weird paint job, but his hair looks blond-ish. The tall guy has a Kratos-ish hairstyle and looks pretty tall... am I reading too much into things? I mean, we've had quite a few Tales with involving important plant life (Radiant Mythology, Symphonia, Phantasia, and Vesperia had that tree in Halure)...

tldr; is this a Symphonia prequel or am I hallucinating?
