Well, it actually kinda suprises me, but the dubbing and localization is complete and it's expected to be released early 2012.  Found out from this site, and they are good for the info.  http://abyssalchronicles.com/

I know!  It's great!  I have to save up for a ps3, but I have more incentive to do so now.

So what's left for them to do then?  Why 2012?

Although this isn't an official source, Gamestop has it listed for February 2nd, 2012 in North America.

So what's left for them to do then?  Why 2012?

It's not as if producers release their games immediately after production, or so I believe. Otherwise, I don't know...

They think it'll be out by January of Febuary, so you don't have to wait long.

Maybe. Ar Tonelico 3 had JP voice option, right? There's certainly space on the disc this time around. But I'm not going to bitch and whine if it's not. I mean, so far so good for the English voices. I mean, it's not like it's going to end up like Chaos Wars.

Didn't Vesperia have the option for Japanese voice? I'd be surprised if they didn't keep the tracks in for a game that originally fit on a Wii disc. I'm guessing they just redid some textures here and there, which, as you said, definitely would not have taken up all of that extra space.

Though now I just need to get around to buying a PS3...I've been holding out on a new version that can, once again, play PS2 games.

There was no option for Vesperia to have Japanese voice acting in the English release, at least if there was I never found it. Then again Vesperia (and every US Tales) has had pretty much excellent voice acting.

IIRC, the closest thing to Japanese in the English version was if you changed your 360's region to Japan, then the animated cutscenes will have the Japanese voice track.

I don't even LIKE Vesperia's Japanese voices except for Flynn (because he's a perfectly-symmetrical Ginga Bishounen Gundam). Hey, never said it was going to be a good joke. Don't worry, I left out a couple buckets of tomatoes for you guys. And no, they're not the tomatoes that are also MEMORIES.

Also, some characters in Eternia/Destiny II, and Legendia, but since voice acting wasn't quite what it is today, the former is excused. Aside from those exceptions, I agree, nevertheless.

If FUNimation somehow doesn't cast Troy Baker as Yuri for the movie, I won't buy or watch it, ever!
