I know of one patch but from what I have read the person who distributed the files used the original files from the ToDII (PSX) to create a script only translation for ToE on the PSP. I was wondering if someone was working on a full translation or if I can somehow combine my ToD II (PSX) files with my ToE PSP version in some way to get a complete translation. I'm hoping to score a copy of ToE EU version on eBay but incase I'm outid I'd like to know if there is another way to translate the game in case I lose.  Grin

Why would you need a translation patch if you lost?
Eternia PSP from Europe is so easy to get a hold of, I swear I got mine brand new for £5.00
Granted I live in Europe, but still, I got it off Ebay.

I won the auction last night but was hoping if I didn't win I could use the files from Destiny II and swap the files to create some sort of translation. The one floating around the net translates the script but nothing more. I was interested in saving some cash but it looks like this so called translation floating around is just a file swap with the original PS version of Destiny II.

I'd like to add an extra question though. When Destiny II came out I believe the special dungeon was removed. Does the PSP EU version have this dungeon intact or was it removed as well? I don't know if anyone has tried this but would it be possible to mix and match files with the JP and EU version to get a full game in English but keep the JP voice-overs and gain access to the dungeon if it was removed from the EU version?

Edit: N/M

My UMD came in the mail today. Looks like there isn't a whole lot you can do in terms of file swapping. Probably need to modify the files.
