A friend in japan got it for me from a used game shop a few years back and I was browsing ebay to see how much it was going for. Then I saw some pics of it and thought it was a little strange why my box didn't have the game logo or anything and then it hit me it was probably one of those stupid japanese spine card things that's rarely included when buying used (though I dunno if you can call it "spine card" in this case). So I found this youtube vid of a guy who bought it and turns out it was what I thought it was.

I'm trying not to feel bad about it but it feels a bit naked without it. What helps me feel better is that beggars can't be choosers and it's probably next to impossible to get that "banner" without buying a completely new one.

So I suppose, if anyone has any leads on where I can get one by itself, tell me where I can get it. Hell, tell me any place where I can get the whole damn thing used. I already know amazon/ebay is an option. I probably won't buy a complete package though, but I'll just keep it in my mind that it's an option if I ever get tons of disposable income. I know I can buy new but $200 lol no.

Is this what you want? Crappy Cellphone Image That is Also Huge

You can get one from your mailbox if you PM me your address.

When I was over in Japan, I managed to break the disc on my first copy of the collector's edition (don't ask). When I went to the store to buy a replacement, it was actually cheaper to buy another copy of the collector's edition than to buy just the game by itself. I don't really get it either, but I ended up with two copies and two of those little slip covers. What's mysterious is that I actually saved both of the slip covers. Usually I throw them away. So with that in mind, I'm happy to send you one. Let me know.

Oh man. You are a lifesaver. Or rather sanity-saver since this is driving the collector inside of me insane the more I dwell on it. PM sent.
