I just found a memory card that has a save at the VERY beginning of the game with Lilith in it (which I copied years ago when I was in Canada and actually knew someone with a DexDrive, I can't believe I still have it!) and was pondering playing the game again with her but I was curious about a few things. What happens when you would normally have a full party in the game, like when you first get Karyl. Is she removed from the party when you beat Lydon..? In other words.. with this save is she a permanent part of my party or will I still have to find a Game Shark or something to put her back in at certain places?

I have experimented playing the game with Lilith and have found that the only way to have her in your party without messing up at some point is if you use codes to obtain her anytime after Radisrol is repaired (once you are able to get Mary, Johnny, Chelsea, and Kongman again).  I have never used Cless' save, but I assume that it would glitch up and freeze in several places before this point.

Yeah, the description in Cless' save with Lilith says Garr won't be able to join your party since your party is full because of her, but it's minor and can't stop you from progressing. Also Cless says later when Stahn is in his hometown, Lilith will be talking, but she won't be there, but it's still passable.
