Tales of Destiny 2 Questions

About how long is ToD2? I was reading that there are some (very minor) things you can only see on your THIRD play-through of the game.. unless this game is like 40 hours long I find that VERY creepy (but they were minor so whatever).

Is there a good guide for the Enchant stuff or for the weapons/armor? It seems like every piece of equipment has A LOT more than just added attack and defense.. before I get too far I want to know if this stuff is important to build the characters up, I don't want to get deep into the game and have missed this crap.

Oh, how do you do the super/secret attacks?

Okay, here are some more.

Should I be bothering with the Refine system? Is it important to play and beat the game casually or is it more for just creating items with personal favorite abilities? Is there a way to sort items easily that contain a certain ability, say if I was trying to find all the items I had that had extra gald slots?

If I equip skill/spell extensions on the other characters, does the CPU use them?
