Bamco tempting me now. Just like how I'm gonna get a PS3 for Graces f, I'm gonna want a Vita if Innocence R comes out over here. You're killing my unemployed wallet, bamco.

I did find it funny that Namco US finally let their Innocence trademark lapse after numerous extensions, then went to the trouble to register a new one afterward.

It's also funny that at a glance, the new party member's first name can be read as QQ. What a way to tell off the whinier fans, eh? haha

Eeeh, I hope they fix the dungeon design problem the original had; since it's a Reimagining, they'd better.

The updated combat system now allows four instead of three allies. Movement of allies during battle seems to resemble Abyss/Vesperia.

I wonder who's developing "Innocence R"? Tales Studio or Alfa Systems? Looks good either way. Sorry "Abyss", but between this and "Ys IV" I'll be investing in a Vita before a 3DS!

The perplexity of an absurd delusion.

Even if this doesn't get a domestic release, I'm still buying it. I think I just find something really, I guess, charming, about Innocence. I think maybe it's because the characterization is really, really good, with how the past and present selves work. I am not disparaging Hearts at all, but Shing is a typical dumb hotblooded perverted shonen protagonist, but he works with personalities that play well off of him (like Beryl's tsundere crush and Hisui being his rival and future brother-in-law).

Is that a new character they've confirmed as playable in the trailer? Also Is the Vita region locked? If so then I'm just going to wait, IMO Abyss > Innocence

IMO Abyss > Innocence

Not much of a fair comparison. I dislike original Destiny compared to a large number of the other games, but few top what little I've played of Destiny R. Innocence R is a full remake that I've heard is being developed internally rather than being outsourced like the original game was.

^^ I understand that, but for me I can already played ToI on the go on my DS, TotA is not a title I can play portable unless I want to make some crazy modded portable PS2. I will eventually get both, but I'm not going to invest in a PSV just to play a game that may or may not stay permanently in Japanese (thank god the thing is region free though ^.^). The day they confirm a US version of ToI:R I'll buy my PSV and pre-order ToI:R. I'll support US versions of these games as much as possible!

3DS has games I want but I can't get past the idea that it is region locked. Handhelds should NOT be region locked. Thank God for Vita.
