New Tales to be Announced on 02/21

Not completely, for example, in Ake..ze...riuth? (Argh names) When the little boy is sinking into the miasma, the camera cuts away alot faster than the Japanese version did before he completely sinks in. Plus we still have pieces of unoptimized code running around in the form of crashes and the entire world map, plus there's the shoddy QA (in the localization) with the untranslated japanese in Tales of Dragon Buster as well as the dialogue mix ups in certain scenes (well, I can only remember one at the moment, meeting Anise's parents, look closely at who is talking and who's mouth is moving, and what voice is speaking <_<;). Abyss needs a serious tune up, Legendia was handled with way more care aside from the voices during the second half of the game.

Yep, everything else was pretty insignificant.

Also, when Tear jumps in front of Luke and gets cut, there used to be a nice and slower panty shot. Now its too quick/gone. I couldnt tell.

I remember they originally had another pic there, but yeah, I don't see the link to that from Tales Channel main page. And Senel/Shirley sillouettes (originally were for the main page) seem like an odd choice for an ambiguous "Hey, we're going to announce something else soon!" thing since we already know who they are....

The only way you're not going to notice that is if someone covers your eyes right before it happens to prevent you from seeing the screen. -_- But I'd guess that scene changed for some reason other than undergarment censorship (change of dialogue length?), since, from my recollection, they didn't change that other scene where you can see up her skirt quite easily.

But I still don't think those are her panties.

No, ToD and ToD2e's English websites were deleted, but they were put back (at the new URL too!) when some people griped about wanting official sites for the whole series. They made a page linking to all of them from the "featured" section ToL's site, but I don't remember if they removed the link or if they they never got around to making a link to it.

It's just I've never heard of a male named Carol. It always struck me as a female's name, especially Karyl. Whatever the case, I wonder why they even changed the name at all when it was a perfectly acceptable, inconspicuous name unlike Kongman, Genius, or Refill... Same question for Fog -> Max. Although it was probably under the same logic, Fog isn't that weird of a name compared to the others that got renamed.
