I know the Eggbear and ...other spoilerish character in ETernia are playable with Debug mode (the game let you play as them)

But does anyone know how this was done? I'm EXTREMELY interested in this XD

I known Eternia jp is much better than Eternia=ToD2 psx but that was........

by the way maybe Ras got Hi-ougi too Grin Grin Grin

and some one got perhaps a gameshrk code for playing Ras but not from debug in Tales of Destiny 2 psx

like changing Max for Ras cuz in debug after few fights game freez

Has to be a hack that replaces Rid with Cless.

While I haven't done much with ToE, my experiences with ToP and ToD2 have shown me that playable characters are very separate entities from enemies.

It'd take some damn extensive hacking to make Lilith in ToP PSX, for example...

Actually adding a new playable character takes a lot more than a cheat code. The eggbear is an existing playable character; Cless is not.

But replacing an existing character's sprite with a different one probably isn't nearly so difficult.

Yeah, but he was using Jigenzan and whatnot.  Gah that's just crazy amounts of hacking no matter how you slice it.  Cless hp doesn't even go down as p.Cless attacks him, and Resurrection is cast for no reason.

that resurrection was just part of the hacked move. it makes mint show up, so i guess it was just for effect or somesuch.
