I must agree, they are just awful ;/ But personally for me there is one more thig for which I hate the english GBA version, the beautiful "Yume wa Owaranai" intro song which was remowed from it by Nintedo.

Agreed.... just bought it... This makes a grown man cry... cry very much... over the English Dub... and the lacking of "Yume wa Owaranai"...

So since Namco made me cry... who wants to go terrorize their head office until they give into our demands? :p

I prefer personally Japanese voices in all games, and ToP isn't a exception. Generlly all that conversion to GBA is hopeless...

Symphonia's english voices aren't really that bad. Personally I prefer Lloyd's english voice over his japanese one but I agree though the Japanese voices are better, espically when it comes to Yggdrassil *twitch* *twitch*

I think the US version did a superb job. I felt everyone had appropriate voices. Compared to the Japanese versions, I find J-Lloyd to be a bit more annoying, also you can't beat Robin =p
I found J-Sheena annoying at parts...
J-Kratos sounded like an angry old man... Cam Clarke is the perfect Kratos.
Everyone else was about even for me.

English Refill voice failed the ruin mode. She sounds merely enthusiastic, but the other characters still act as if she sounded crazy, she did in the Japanese version.

But it's like the Japanese version tried to have crappy NPC voice. o.O

Yggdrasill voice is the only complaint I have with the English ones, he sound so stupid whilst he has kickass voice that suited him better in the Jap. It makes no difference whatsoever in Disk 2 where he- oh I should stop there.

That may or my not have been a good idea for English voice acting... it could have been crazy, but it shouldn't be too crazy. Some people are not very tolerant of over the top crazy. I need to go back and see the English ruins mode because I forgot how it went... It sounded good enough, though if it did go crazy it might have been bad... I don't know what to think anymore...
