But you can actually see her in the top screenshot all disorted from Barbato's attack so it looks like she might be playable after all!

2ch (assuming this is where this image came from) is certainly capable of it. The recent Tales of Harmonia rumor originated from there...

Well, there aren't any photoshop tags in the image, but that doesn't really mean much. However, I've got to say that the dialogue text at the bottom of the image is in significantly better quality than the rest of the picture...

I dunno about you, but that spritework's a bit good for just a shop. We'll see, I guess.

On the other hand, if this is a hoax, it means there's a smaller chance of having to deal with Barbatos, which I most certainly will not be sour with.

*insert faux 2D Tales of Tempest screenshot here that I don't have on hand that looked accurate enough to be in a commercial portable Tales game* (although the ToD PS2 sprites are much more detailed...)

The bad quality of the graphic parts vs. the relatively clear text is still a concern to me. It's like the graphics part was saved in 20-30% jpeg quality. I also find it kind of funny that some graphic parts are also showing inconsistent interlace artifacts in the backgrounds. If this is a hoax this was probably done deliberately to hide imperfections in the sprite artwork.

I just don't want to get my hopes up too much... I really want Lilith to be in there.

No he wasn't, but they went and screwed with the timeline in ToD2, so they may as well fix it since they are remaking ToD
