Teichan has updated saying the Tales of Destiny remake has been delayed.  The deal is that there are some defects to be fixed.  The release date is now TBA.

And it was so close to release.

Gives me more time for Zelda, that's a good thing. Hopefully though, the delay isn't too far back. I need my Tales fix.

Aw well...  I don't like delays, but honestly, I'd rather wait longer for the game than have it come out flawed.  I forget where I have the shipping address listed though... I hope it doesn't get sent to my school when I'm at home...  Kind of strange that it went from being released in a week to TBA though... I sure hope it doesn't take too long to fix the problems...

Well.. I guess I'm kind of relieved. With the Wii coming out this Sunday and the literal onslaught of GBA/DS games I've gotten or am getting.. anything to lessen the load a little bit is welcome. Plus, now I can go ahead and use my almost-expired Play-Asia coupon knowing I won't be charged next week since I'm spending about $2000 this weekend.

Perhaps it was honestly something they just barely caught before the game was about to be released? Yeah, it's disappointing to have it delayed, but it's something that can be waited out. I'm quite sure we all have lives *coughyeahrightcough*, so that should keep us plenty occupied until they announce something.

What I don't get is how they can delay the thing, since it has already be reviewed by Famistu and all.

According to MagicBox, Famitsu scored it as 8/8/8/8 (32/40)... Which isn't too bad. I hope we'll find out what the comments were about it, soon.

Looks like the delay wasn't that long.  Teichan said Tales of Destiny remake is now set for November 30th.

Damn.. I was hoping it'd be at least mid-December so that I wouldn't be charged after the amount of money I've spent and am spending this weekend. Oh well.. not a big deal, I'm not in the red, it would've just felt better to slow the pace down after going through so much.

Play-Asia says it comes out the 28th. Darn and I was thinking it was being pushed back to next pay day. Ah well still close enough.
EDIT: It's the memory card that comes out the 30th.
