I really want to play Vesperia but I'm afraid that wont happen unless they localize the PS3 version. Undecided
The above deals look great though.

Holy crap! After Amazon liquidated their remaining supply of ToV during the Black Friday weekend, its price has spiraled OUT OF CONTROL on their own marketplace! The prices are already back in line with what they were when the game launched. This seems to have happened so fast that it hasn't hit eBay or half.com yet.

Namco is absolutely stupid if they don't localize the PS3 version.

Wow, that really is crazy. I just looked it up on Amazon and saw that Vesperia was up at $53. I really hope they take the hint and localize the PS3-version since it'd probably earn them a pile of money and it'd bring me much joy as well. Smiley

you and me both... i've been planning on getting a PS3 for so long it's not even funny. i have been watching Vesperia videos way too much, and i think i know more about that game than my friend who actually owns it lol!
so wait, the games are already back at full-price after the Black Friday sale? that's messed up... and i think i heard my friend say that a month ago, it was only $30, which seemed to be a bargain...

No -- the game is out of print and supply to retailers is now for all intents and purposes completely dried out. The price is going up because there is still a fair amount of demand for the game. Unless Namco prints more copies (not likely), I think ToV will soon be the most expensive US Tales game to acquire in the second-hand market.

Prices on eBay are slowly rising, but they're still far from where they are on Amazon and Half.com.

I honestly hoarded a whole bunch of the cheap eBay copies. I have debts that I want paid off which would take a long time to do with my regular income.
