A.C.S Tales problems.

I downloaded the game and have some problems. 1st one is that the bgm of the stages don't work. The voices and sound effects work, but the background music doesn't work. Second is that the opening cinematic doesn't appear in the beginning, i don't know if it's supposed to appear, but yeah, just to be sure. Think you guys can help me?
