I hate the random name feature in this game. I'm not going to bother with translating the huge list of random names, it's a huge pain in the ass and it's too easy to get engrish as a translation of many of them. And a very good number of them exceed the character limit we have for names anyway.

What we need:

1100 male names
936 female names

All must be 7 letters in length or less. No gender bending. Gender-ambiguous names are discouraged.

The names don't need to strictly adhere to any other rules. They can be foreign, taken from other games, anime, movies, or whatever, silly (named after food, etc and whatever else comes to the imagination.

Suzu also has 435 "Japanese" names to herself. Those are easily romanized, though some break the english letter limit. I'm not totally sure what to do with those yet...

they only let you generate up to 950 names at one time, but...

It can be a good idea to put the names of characters from other Tales on the list...
