On v1.2, it didn't originally work for me. Then I did essentially the same thing on v1.3 (except I made sure to hit the preview button to make sure everything was good), and it worked perfectly fine.

When you're creating your .at3 file, are you just using the .wav option with ATRAC3 set as the format? That's the way I do it (and hence, the way it worked for me). Also, did you make sure that it was under 50 seconds and under 490 KB?

And you made sure to change the extension from ".wav" to ".at3"? I went to check out the files you got to pick from, and while the download link showed ".at3" as the extension for the files, upon being downloaded I saw that they were not. But they were correctly encoded to ATRAC3, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Note that the first file of the two offered ("Yume Wa Owaranai") is quite good and it's great that they even got it to loop, but... It exceeds the file size limit, which may or may not be a bad thing.

Use IceTea to convert it instead of PSX2PSP, maybe that will work.

I have a quick question about PSX2PSP. Does it require a custom firmwire?
