According to the link, ToP works flawlessly on 3.71.

Wheeeey, that was me who wrote that (albeit under my gamefaqs username) Tongue I must say I don't think I used any compression at all when I made that and I used my own mint disc image. I did actually have 2 freezes but I put those down to my running a load of stuff on cwcheat and messing about with it.

If anyone else plans on converting their patched disc image to play on PSP I have uploaded an ICON0.png, a load of PIC1.png's, an ICON1.pmf video that is cut from the opening animation and a seemlessly looped cut from the theme song as an SND0.at3 to be used when converting, they are uploaded to http://popsdb.com/list.php?id=756 (under the name DebugJunky). I've also done a ToD pack with ICON1/SND0 done in the same way uploaded there and I will soon be uploading a ToDII (Eternia) pack as well Smiley
