Problems w/ burning ToP OVA

Guys, please help me. I've downloaded episodes 1-3 of the ToP OVA. I've burned them as data into a CD Rom so that I could watch them on my DVD (My DVD has a DivX Player installed), and everytime I burn episodes 1-2, some of the scenes would be somehow distorted, which is very annoying. But when I burned episode 3, it was perfectly fine. Now, this only happened with my DVD player. I used my PC and played the episodes using the Real Player and Windows Media Player, all the scenes are fine. This only happened with the ToP files, not the others. Could you please guys tell me what's wrong?

My hypothesis are:
1. My DVD Player's the problem
2. Episodes 1-2 are a lot bigger compared to episode 3. (episode 1-333,000/episode 2-288,000/episode 3-250,000)
