This project is going to be a joint project between Absolute Zero Translation and Phantasia Productions. AZT just finished their patch of Tales of Innocence and PP is almost finished with their patch of Tales of Phantasia. I'd assume after PP finishes they'll take some sort of celebration break then both will begin working on this.

Now that the Tales of Innocence patch is finished, throughhim has more freedom to translate Tales of Destiny: DC. Hopefully he takes a well earned break first, though.

It's pretty much all up to throughhim on the translation front now. He's already done a solid chunk of the menu/system text, but I seem to recall him saying in a convo with me that he wants to do a quick playthrough of the game again to get a fresh overview over things before starting it up again.

Either way, it'll have to go at his pace, and right now I think he's totally entitled to a break from stuff if he wants one haha

Do you know how much progress has gone into the script? I can't remember if the images Cless posted of the Stahn and Rutee encounter were just done for show or not.

I don't think there was a lot of stuff done dialog wise. Think most stuff shown was just done to show that dialog was doable. But, really, once the insane amounts of menu stuff is done... da-yum.

At least a large chunk of the menu is already taken care of. From the screenshots I saw on AZT's website it looks pretty good.

Well Cless said that the work needed for a menu translation was done and just needed a quick edit, so hopefully the menu patch will be ready later this year.

I think you're confusing that with ToD2. ToD's menu translation is pretty far along, though I can't remember exactly what's still left.

Ahh, yes. I think I read your Destiny: DC announcement wrong:

At the very least, the status of the menu patch is this: the hacking and programming necessary for a full menu patch is already completed. The menu patch release is just pending the finished translation and a quick edit.

But speaking of the Destiny 2's menu translation, how far a long is that?
