Come on dude, that's not even worded like a question.
Here, let me show you how it's done:
There's something I've been wondering. I noticed in the Destiny 2 forum that it was said you were going to keep the character names continual with the PS1 Destiny localization, so if it was necessary Woodrow would be Garr and Kongman would be Bruiser (though making Johnny Karyl seemed unwanted).
Now that you're translating this With Woody and Kongman having their normal names, will that still stand?
ToDr and ToD2 will be consistent with eachother, that's for sure.
They will both be borrowing some stuff from ToD PSX while some other stuff will be reverted back to their original names. Though, in the case of "original names" we may or may not be straying away from the more common direct and blunt romanizations, and instead opt for putting a bit more life into some of them. They will certain not be straying away from the source material or anything, and they should be fully recognizable for people who're used to
ye olde internet romanization, but hopefully... in any individual case where this may apply; the goal is for them to make more sense (especially in terms of pronounciation).
In other words: The main goal is to make sure that the best decisions are made in each and every case. So there's no overall decision. Only individual cases.
Something I've personally been tinkering with as of lately is finding possibilities as for why something was changed and why it was changed into something in the first place (in the old official translations, that is)
