How do I unlock harder difficulty modes?

For Hard, you need the 戦神 title. You get it by getting more than 600 Grade. For Mania, you need the 闘神 title. You get it by fighting 300 battles on Hard mode, and you need to have more than 1600 Grade. For Unknown, you need the 御乱神 title. You get it by fighting 500 battles on Mania mode, and you need 6400 Grade...
