Whenever the font's located and hackable lowercase will surely happen shortly following. But that's probably still awhile off yet. There are literally 9,204 files in the game's 1.5GB data file, and I don't have any tools extract and rebuild it yet.

Man. This is moving along incredibly quickly. My past experience with ToP PSX has contributed greatly to the reverse engineering of this game, A lot of stuff works in exactly the same way, particularly in regards to compression.

If it wasn't for the tools _Bnu has been making for me on-demand, I'd probably have gotten bored and shoved this aside.

I could still use some translation assistance, though...

Actually, I cracked the file system in about 5 minutes. I have a tool that can go both ways. That's how my newest wave of screenshots is made possible...

Uh.  Wow... that was fast.  I've been trying forever to get into File.FPB, mainly for the picture and sound files.  Smiley

I'm jealous of you people who can do this stuff.

Any chance of you releasing the tool(s) in the near future?  ^^  (I forsee a no, but no harm trying!)
