that sounds bad, i have a cheap copy of the game its not original its just the game in a virgin dvd, i can stiil use the patch when it comes out?

Theoretically, it should work. All it is is the image of a real one that someone else made. You can usually trust torrented images. Don't go out and buy them, from Chinatown or anywhere. Those you can't give the same amount of trust. Just make sure you have the image file you downloaded on your computer to apply the patch to. Make another copy of it on your comp in case something goes wrong.
