The .img file in a ccd project *may* be the same as the .bin file in a bin/cue pair. If it's been extracted in the 2352 bytes a sector format then they are the same. So it may also be possible to use ccd projects.
it is since it has 2352 bytes/sector and is the same "raw" data, also CloneCD creates a .cue file that goes with it and seems to be accepted by other programs just as it would accept a bin/cue. The only difference is CloneCd creates "subchannel" files (.sub) but they aren't required to succesfully burn ToP
