Hmm, I don't have a 360, so for me Vesparia is out of the question (for the moment). I started saving for it, but there's always *something* that comes up. Currently, I'm awaiting my Dreamcast to come in the mail --- then for some King of Fighters and Capcom vs SNK 2!

Speaking of new features... I really do think the new added difficulties might be too ridiculous as-is.
I've been trying to think of ways to try and make the new difficulties a bit more fair (lol). One of which is to add an EXP modifier. It should be very easy to add.
Normal, Hard, Mania would all play the same as they used to, but I could, say, add a 5x EXP multiplier if the game is on Unknown, and a 10x EXP multiplier if it's on God.
After coming off of newer games like Vesperia and such, it practically seems like a requirement to unlock an EXP multiplier from the grade shop if you want to play the really hard difficulties without going insane.
On the other hand, ToP PSP I believe has a 10x EXP multiplier from its grade shop. I don't really think it would be cheating to give a multiplier in the PSX version for difficulty modes that didn't originally exist, and they aren't available until a second run anyway. The original difficulties would play as they were originally designed.

EXP multipliers are in for Unknown/God. They certainly seem necessary. Even at level 5, my guys are still being easily beaten to death by the enemies around the first town. Manual mode's broken jump attack practically seems necessary, too. A bad move WILL cost you. Seems like the enemy has a very high chance of landing criticals and stunning you.

It's not out yet, sorry. Actually, I have no right to apologize as I'm not on the main project; all I've done is bitch about the fonts.
Even if I were, I'm not sure if I would--there's an FAQ on this, IIRC.

that patch is out already, but I think it has ran into some problems?
anyway, no it won't be included, but you should be able to apply it yourself over the iso, I believe
