Hino Rei's currently got free time again, and has his sights on finishing the ToP script translation. He's already done a bit, but I'm not entirely sure how much. From what he told me, it sounds like the script could be between 90-95% translated now.

Most of the script is also now in Nusakan's hands for editing. Release within the next couple months? Seems quite likely at this point. Sooner could even be a possibility.

On top of that, Habilain has integrated Xdelta into his patching GUI, creating a new, easy to use patching program. It is open-source and we will have pre-compiled Linux and Windows binaries of the patcher available at release.

Yay!!!
I've been waiting for this for a really long time now (was basically a lurker on these forums for awhile).  After Absolute Zero's translation came out, I figured I'd wait for Phantasian Productions' translation (partially because of the PSP sprites).
With the new features announced in that other thread, now I'm definately waiting (the idea of switching between transliterated and localized translations seems attractive to me).
