I created this little board 4 months ago and well... nothing's been posted to it yet. Site traffic has been down for the past half year, and recently even the forum has been much slower than it used to be in the last few months.

So, yes, even though there have been no updates on this project in awhile, it is not dead, as per the usual course. It will not be unless I declare it so. I still stick to my vow that it will be finished someday. Worry only if I suddenly vanish from the face of the planet.

That said... the last I heard from other staff members is back in April from Habilain who created a custom PSX dis/assembler to make his life easier. He said that he may have more time to devote to the project soon, but that's a fairly big maybe. Hope we can finally tackle that character limitation... sometime this year.

I have yet to ask Shinhoshi her status on the script translation since sending it to her late last year. I will probably do that soon.

I'm looking forward to hearing about the status of the script.  Despite having created my own script, I'll be interested to see how this whole project comes together and how the script compares to my own.  It's a nice, rare chance to be able to check my work in translating.  Plus there's just something different about playing the game through when you can read EVERYTHING effortlessly that makes it much more enjoyable.

I got in touch with Shinhoshi.

Basically, she's only gotten a few things done since sending the script, primarily due to a bustling school year. It sounds like she will be spending some of her off time to pick up the pace and send back some completed translated script files.

In turn, whatever she sends back should motivate Klarth to get the script inserter finished.
