Blizzard announced its release over the weekend and released several videos. Iv allready uploaded them =P

No doubt blizzard finally did something good, Although i was hopeing for an MMOrpg of Starcraft where everyone is one unit and has huge online wars.

It never occurred to me how popular Western online games are in S Korea. O__O

My oldest brother might get it ... at least there's no monthly payment like WoW. xD

They are quite popular, Starcraft being of particular note. There are some claims that Starcraft revitalized the S. Korean economy. I don't fully believe in that, but there is no doubt that the game had and still has massive influence there. It's no coincidence that Starcraft II was announced in S. Korea.

I think what really matters is its compatability, its server status is anyone can play with anyone from anywhere, Theres no NTSC server, japan server, or other crap like that specific to a different regions disc, all of them have the same features and can all access one-anothers server.

I LOVE how tactical the game can get in online mode, I think thats where its main popularity comes from, since the offline isnt near as good <_< *waits to be attacked by offline mode fans*
