Anyone have any thoughts on this year's E3 conference so far?

Sony has been amazing so far, PSVita and the Playstation TV look SO sweet. Ubisoft's Far Cry 3 looked great too.

PS Vita is a stupid name. Wii U is even worse. I hope that controller for the Wii U is a lot more comfortable than it looks, because right now I have no interest in playing it.
Those are my thoughts.

I agree, though I'm okay with PS Vita's name. I think the only reason they changed it from "NGP" was because of all of the "No Games Portable" jokes people were making.
Though I must be naughty because the thing I'm looking forward to most from the PS Vita is PS2 emulation (Of my own games that I legally own of course). XD

And for me, Vita is the most obnoxious system name ever.
Can't read/hear "Vita" and not think of her.
Haven't been following E3 much this year. WiiU had some interesting stuff, but it will all come down to implementation. Just give me Skyward Sword, already.

The titles announced this year are more exciting to me than more recent years. I'm still being cautiously optimistic.
Interested in Ninja Gaiden 3, though I don't have high hopes for Hayashi's take on the series despite this being a fresh start for him rather than him reworking an existing game. I'll check it out anyway though since it's ninja gaiden. Don't like the idea of having that girl radioing in a bunch mid-mission though. Definitely need to play for myself before I can form opinions.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 I pretty much am required to buy, seeing as how my 360 is the ff13 bundle with the ff13 engraving on the hdd and the lightning faceplate, my dashboard theme being lightning, and my gamerpic being serah.
Uncharted 3 is expectedly exciting. Skyward Sword: a given that it'll be quality. Third Strike Online I am definitely buying.

Aside from the wallpaper on the screen, that actually looks very nice.
I am hyped for so many upcoming 3DS games, with nowhere near enough money to get 'em, let alone the console itself.

If the Vita is actually region free, it's going right from the waiting list to day one. I will support anyone who doesn't treat importers like second class citizens.

Agreed, it's cool that they tried to name it something else, but I'd rather it'd be called "PSP2" (or anything, but that name
) like some were speculating back then .
Vita sounds like some kind of name for a beverage (Vitasoy) or that "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha" character (not a fan of either, it's just too much coincidence
)

This year E3 was big waste of time seriously; too much fps is shown and little to no *****ing game. PSVita: I could care less about uncharted but the Dragon Crown and Gravity Daze is rather interesting, and maybe a little of hotshot golf. As for WiiU i can only say woo and ahh and errr: the Zelda Tech Demo looks amazing and the bird flying scene was awesome. New Super Mario Mii
; kinda disappointed that EA and Ubisoft wouldn't show us game play on how their game would run on WiiU; aside from that Smash brother on WiiU Miyamoto announce Pikman 3 will be for WiiU and is about almost done so I guess Launch title ^_^. Overall I give this year E3 a D- because that just how bad it is
Edit: Forget to mention about 3DS game: OOT, Mario Kart, Super Mario Bro, and Kid Icarus I can't frigging wait; Luigi Mansion 2 could care less but how about more game announcement Nintendo T_T I except more game announce at TGS

Second that. I think I'm more excited about it than I was about 3ds. (and I'm somewhat of a Nintendoman).
About E3 in general: lots of Kinect, lots of FPS's, and lots of sequals and "part three's", maybe a little much for my taste.
Somewhat dissapointed that WiiU can only support one of the new controllers (was hoping for 4Swords Adventures and Chrystal Chronicles type of games). 3ds' upcoming first party support looks good. Lovin' the Vita.
Always hoping to hear news about Guybrush, didn't happen (again).

Damn I didn't think those rumors about the Wii U only supporting one controller would be true. I kind of thought that went against Nintendo's game design philosophy.

Hopefully that is something that will change before the Wii U is finally released.
