Persona 3 wants me to hate it, badly (spoilers)

I seriously want to like this game, but it seems everything about this game is against the player.
Either you randomly die in a random battle, or what is worse, WHAT HAPPENED ME JUST NOW: Trying to beat the final boss, which has 14 forms, leave his last form in low health, he charms Mitsuru, AND MITSURU FULLY HEALS HIM.

After going through the soul shredding Moonless Gown and getting all my Somas wasted from using so many SP, and wasting 1 hour and half battling, he recovers all his life?

Rape his final form with Armageddon summon; he'll die with one hit and before doing anything (just don't use it when he's using his mirror attack, moonlight something.

What level are you? his final showdown is quite annoying when you're underleveled all right but it is supposed to be so.

I really need to continue this game I still haven't gotten through the first moon phase. Every one keeps complaining that they're "tired" all the time.

Because it has an awesome story, awesome references, and a great production behind. Just that it lacks balance, some random enemies can kill you on the worst ocassions (AKA 1hour of grinding and you want to come back, meet a tank, get OHKOed with everyone).
Except for those soul wretching points of the game and the fact its the same thing for 60hs, it is an excellent game.
Very addictive.

Level 75 is too little, it's possible to do, sure, but I'd recommend level 80 or even 85. I beat it at level 95 with a armageddon up his though.

You guys are seriously over leveling there. I reamed him at level 75.  With Thanatos as the main persona I used. I thought he was supposed to be challenging but he ended up only lasting maybe 20 mins needless to say I was not impressed. However the RES content is pretty challenging and I'm dying way more than I ever did in the main game.

I could have reamed him at level 75. I just leveled it up more because I wanted to.

Thing is... beating it in level 75 is hard and not a trick you can pull 9 out of 10 times. I had the time, I wanted armaggedon and the final personas... so I gone for it.

Still, I'd advise people to be over level 75 to beat him, even if, there's reportedly cases of people beating it at even less than that. My point being... it's not clear cut, whereas with level 80/85 it is more so. And over level 90 is like stealing sweets from a child.

Ie when he's in his elemental form switch to a persona who absorbs or blocks it and watch the health of anyone who is weak against it.  Persona is so much easier if you you use resistances and weakness to your advantage. If you have the right persona's even level 75 is like child's play.

I did that in the second playthrough. Leveled everyone one up and got every social link so I could play with messiah and Orpheus Telos. Going to climb to the top of the optional dungeon and see if I can take out the persona user sitting there waiting for you.

yup, but bare in mind that most people don't have Thanatos by the time they're at level 75, also because they haven't meddled too much with persona fusing until the last boss... which is also why the boss is there like it is, to be exploited that way.

Plus, "knowing" what attacks it'll use will take a lot of trial and error, something you can, mostly avoid providing you're overleveled.

I still advise more than level 75, even if I fully aknowledge it's beatable at level 75, or even less. it's just not as clear cut, which is my point.

Yeah my plan worked like this if they threw an element at me I started with throwing the opposite one back at them and if after tried of finding a weakness failed there was always the elementless spells of doom.

Does anyone know how to make Narcisuss by fusion? No luck trying, and trying.
I want the narcisuss flower for nulling charm (it is his heart item)
