I just finished Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. What an awesome, awesome game.

The 5th case was fine, the only things that stood out from the other cases was a spelling error and few minor grammar errors. Other than that, the writing seemed pretty consistent with the other cases...

different events affect it, like fighting Brahms, or going to Weeping Lily Meadow or Gerebellum before you're supposed to.

I always thought the seal was a measure of the strength of the seal on your memory.

I just finished playing Final Fantasy II (Dawn of Souls GBA version). Definitely a great game for my tastes. The stat/magic/etc building system was fun, actually using what you wanted stronger to get levelled-up. I know it's not everybody's cup o' tea, but I liked it. The Soul of Rebirth stuff after beating the game was a great bonus too. Josef for the win! Cheesy

Might try playing the original FF3-NES next, since I don't have a DS for the enhanced remake that comes out much later... Not that I can afford it. Then again, I still have my Australian cart of ToP-GBA to play through. I bet they still didn't fix the Ragnarok->Kangaroo thing. >_<

I finished Radiata Stories, I ended up playing through both sides and completing the friends list - "wasted so much of their life for so little reward" did spring to mind Smiley. I also beat the bonus dungeon(s) twice on each side just to be thorough, but it probably goes without saying that it didn't provide much of a challenge with the best characters and skills (not that challenge is what this game's really about, at least not in the battling sense).

Anyway, I'm just glad I can finally put it to bed, not to mention move onto the far more important task of finishing VP Lenneth Smiley

I just beat Metal Gear.  So now I'm playing Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake.

Great games, both of them.

I've been on a Tales binge... ToP-PSX, ToS, now ToE... Then maybe I'll get to Valkyrie Profile (the PSX version, not the PSP version) and Vagrant Story.

As an additional comment, I've been re-discovering a lot of the PS1 RPGs, and I'm finding it extremely sad that we no longer have games like this anymore. These days it's all 3D, flashy graphics, total character customization with no individuality. >_< It's actually been refreshing to play these older games. This could probably be discussed at long length in another post, though, so I'm done. ...for now. ^_^;

Now onto Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories, US version. My impatience to wait for the US version caused me to sink 60 hours into the import as it is, when that came out.

Everything still stands. This game is everything the original was and a lot more, as well as easily the best of NIS' PS2 SRPGs.

Time to watch 200 hours go by like they're nothing at all... my favorite part of these games is definitely all the optional stuff.

Been playing Rockman ZX for a bit too long on my DS now I think. soon gonna start either replaying one of two Treasure GBA games (Gunstar Super Heroes or Advance Guardian Heroes) or start playing Summon Night - Swordcraft Story (Picked up the US version).

(Also got a PSP backlog to do some day, along with ToP PSP soon-ish)

Mostly GTA: Vice City... which still rocks, but the game isn't as great as I once thought especially after seeing how the series progressed with San Andreas. But the soundtrack and the city still own.

I can't wait for Vice City Stories...

I'm playing DK: King of Swing at the moment and a lot of shooters on the PS2 and MAME. I finally got a new LCD monitor that has a portrait mode so I can play all those awesome vertical shmups in tate mode!! Now if only I had a VGA adapter for PS2 so I could play Espgaluda like that (though, I suppose even in yoko mode it's probably bigger on my 32" TV then it would be on the LCD!)

Still playing Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth (PSP).  I'm now on the second chapter.

I'm also now playing Ratchet: Deadlocked (PS2).  Just barely started it and I got what I came into it for...more blasting action with a dash of humor.
