New game: Jak X: Combat Racing. I pretty much wanna get the games I want on the PS2 before they're gone forever such as Digital Devil Saga and Persona 3: FES.

I tried to play Bayonetta the other day. But that game was just too damn fast for my reflexes. Oh well. Thankfully I didn't have to pay anything to play it.

i've been playing tales of legendia and final fantasy IV DS remake. legendia isn't... completely terrible. i like that the fighting systems is somewhat fast. other than that though... it feels... unpolished. FFIV is cool though. i'm just stuck in that stupid magnetic cave.

ironically, when i played FFIV on an emulator, i stopped playing it at that point as well. i was like "i'll play it some other time..." then, my old laptop crashed, losing all of my data, including a near-completed Chrono Trigger file.

That sucks. Good luck recovering that data.

Gonna play Sonic CD in abit mainly due to the fact that I'm beyond hyper for Sonic the Hedgehog 4.

It becomes pretty painful in the second half of the game, where all the enemies are crazy damage sponges, yet deal little damage. The regular battles become an exercise in mindless button mashing like no other Tales game ever. The only way to ease the pain is to find and equip the Extreme Symbol.

Anyways, I bought Shatter for PS3/PSN with some promo credit at Amazon today and also just finished it. It's a pretty fun modern breakout "clone" with an absolutely amazing soundtrack. Worth a buy. I actually bought the soundtrack for $2 due to hype several weeks ago when they were running a "pay-whatever-you-want" special. I definitely wasn't disappointed. That ultimately pushed me to get the actual game. My favorite tracks:

I previously completed Uncharted 2.  It's even better than the first one.  After completing that game, I'm fine if I never play Modern Warfare 2 (since that was the only other game commonly being GOTY 2009).

As for games I'm playing:

*Lego Rock Band (Xbox 360).  Okay, I admit it!  I mainly got this to export the songs to Rock Band 2!  But I'm still playing it and it's still what I expect.  And hey!  It has The Final Countdown!  (And the Ghostbusters theme song)

*Bayonetta (Xbox 360).  Finally!  I'm playing this game!  I remember playing the demo to it back in December and really got into its crazy, over the top action and enjoying every ridiculous moment in the game.  Still enjoying all of that.  And I'll put it this way...I'm even embracing the cheese cake aspect of Bayonetta (No!  I am not changing my name to Zelos Aileron!   Tongue).

*Tatsunoko Vs Capcom: Ultimate All Stars (Wii).  I already got everyone unlocked when I just got it.  Just doing other stuff and online.  After enabling DMZ hosting, the online actually works better.  I still have Ken the Eagle and Hurricane Polimar as my mains, but I am looking to learn to play as Frank West.  (Sorry, but it looks like I can't play as Tekkaman Blade that well.  Heck, I suck as original Tekkaman, even back in Cross Generation of Heroes!)

*New Super Mario Bros. Wii (Wii).  Let's just say co-op is fun, especially if you're daring enough to be a jerk during the game (it was someone else's fault you lost that life back there?  That someone hogging all the power ups?  Toss his butt into a pit!  Now we're even!).

*Valkyria Chronicles (PS3).  I'm loving it and it's a good game I just go at my own pace an not feel like I'm behind in the game since it's paced nicely.

Finally picked up a copy of Star Ocean: Second Evolution. It's fun so far and I love the area designs; so reminiscent of FF7's designs. I wasn't expecting the large amount of talking in the beginning, but after SO3 that's nothing. And the voice acting is fairly decent, but some parts make me twitch.....the village elder in the beginning was so cheesy.

Been on some sort of tri-Ace marathon or something lately. Valkyrie Profile, Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria, Star Ocean, Star Ocean: The Second Story and Star Ocean: Till the End of Time.

Surprisingly enough I actually finally finished SO3 for the first time. I really enjoyed the game overall though the plot twist was awkward and the ending sure dragged on and on... @_@

What you mean stuck; oh I know because in the battle you get sent back out of the cave? All you need to do is uneqiup stuff that not magnetic and buy equip stuff that non magnetic.

i know that much. i just never actually felt like going through the "trouble" of going through the dungeon. i got lazy, so sue me. so, in the remake, Cecil can't equip bows. does that mean i have to go through the dugeon relying on Wang and Cid? <- sucks.

i started playing Phoenix Wright again a few days ago. i finished the fourth case. all i can say is... pour little Edgey...

Yang should have no problems tearing through the enemies with his normal attacks and Kick (Though I never used the latter... too weak >_>). Tellah can attempt to be useful with his various magics whilst Cid can uh.... just... do something I suppose. Yeah he sucks.

But yeah, Yang rocks. Just rape everything with him. He's more than enough to take out the enemies.

FF4DS though remade and added new Augment system and etc; but ashame they never added everything from the GBA version and be able to play as Porom, Palom, Cid, Yang, and Edward + the optional dungeon. Oh well playing FF4 the after year and boy its frigging hard  Bang Head
