Along with Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, I now have my most anticipated game this year. I'll let the picture speak for itself:
Yeah. It's so great and a great return for a legendary fighting game series. I'll be stuck on Xbox Live for the time being. If you want a fight, find me (same name you see here on the fourms, including the space). Now I just need to practice that hadoken.
Yes, I also need to defeat Sheng Long to stand a chance!
I cant beleive I didnt know about this game until hearing the hype of the people in Gamefaqs and youtube :O
I AM SO OUTDATED
Oh and I amz playing
Tales of Destiny PSX
, am I crazy, aint I?

Still playing
Eternal Sonata
almost finished the game actually. Its very easy and has given me little difficulty so far. Only boss that gave me trouble was Waltz himself and that's only because I'm terrible at blocking that aerial attack he has and his normal attack ==;
As I did another playthrough of Etrian Odyssey 1 I'm also doing another playthrough of
Etrain Odyssey 2
as well. Game's a lot easier than I remember, probably because I'm more experienced. And no... I'm not using a Hexer ==;

7th Dragon
, which is fantastic by the way. I highly recommend playing it if you've enjoyed Etrian Odyssey.
Also I finally got my copy of
Tales of Symphonia
back. I missed this game too much =(

I jumped back into
Disgaea 3
to try and give it another chance. As some may remember, I was incredibly peeved with the balance-destroying skill system put into this game (which makes it incredibly difficult to solo compared to previous games).
It's gotten better for me overall. It took some time but I finally managed to knock out the Diez Gentlemen so I now have item duplication capability (and still playing with patch 2.0). As far as I'm seeing it, duping is about the only freaking way to bring some semblance of balance back into the thing. Soloing is mega hard, and without the duping feature (the more I think about it, this thing HAS to be intentional), it just takes too long to create a worthwhile group of fighters. I kind of wish this wasn't all necessary. I actually enjoyed the slowish grind in Disgaea 1 and 2. Duping also removes the thrill of finding legendary items (once you find one, you'll never need to find another).
I hope the next Disgaea (if there is one, considering NIS seems content with DLCing the hell out of 3) finds a way to fix the balance if it's to incorporate this skill system again. The defense stat is completely worthless unless it's absurdly high (like 10-20x the enemy's attack stat)...and apparently once you reach the land of carnage, you'll never be able get it high enough to even matter. I only need a few more illegal tickets to get there and see for myself.

I'm playing Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness
It's my first time playing a Disgaea game. I love the humor in the game. I like hot they tend to break the 4th wall. I love the gameplay. My new favorite SRPG.
Tales of Rebirth (PSP)
I'm gonna beat because I need to take a pic of it's ending to use as a wallpaper. I'm having fun even though I don't know what's goin on(sometimes). I've gotten up to Balka without a guide. Plus, I'm hype about the fact that it turns out it is hackable. Now I must wait....
Star Ocean (SNES)
Having a LOT of fun with this game started yesterday. Got a hang of it's battle system.
I've been also playing Crash Team Racing, Tales of Legendia, Tales of Symphonia and Tales of the Abyss(this is what happens when you but 3 games at once). And Zelda: Twilight Princess.

(sidenote) A buddy came over the other week with Disgaea 3, it looked like alot of fun.
The two standard games for me are Trackmania Forever and Football Manager 2009. But those arent RPGs hehe.
The RPG atm is FFIV (SNES), i should finish Mass Effect at some point also hehe.

Duping still works on higher versions though I haven't actually used it myself. Don't plan to until I get that level 200 Trape-whatever. I have a legendary Arcadia... I just can't be bothered after getting my Radiance bow and leveling my Lovely Cupid to 200 @_@
Also you can also get the Puppy Paw Stick when fighting Akutare (I refuse to call him Axel). Though... if I remember he's stronger than the final Diez Gent =/

Soloing is mega hard
I can solo level 9999 Baal (Not LoC) just fine with my female Archer with a level 200 Lovely Cupid and 3 non-levelled Arcadias. None of these are duped.
The majins are the tricky bit with their horrible ranged attacks, really Baal is nothing compared to actually reaching him without dying horribly to the majins.

I actually enjoyed the slowish grind in Disgaea 1 and 2.
Disgaea 2 was horrible since you couldn't just finish the battle in one turn unlike with Disgaea 1. Also faster grinding in necessarily a bad thing.

Yeah Land of Carnage is pretty painful =(
I still can't beat LoC Baal even with my entire team (Which aren't really that strong anyway since only my Berserker, Archer and Saber Cat can actually damage him).

Actually finding them is even easier in D3 actually! Reverse Pirating assures the item you'll want is legendary. LoC Reverse Pirating is all you need to get those Rank 39 items. The item rank you reverse pirate in is irrelevant!
(However since it is LoC you'll die horribly anyway)

Well, I mean that I'm using 2.0 so that the dropouts appear on every floor of the class world.

I'm not sure how you did that, because even at level 7000-something he has like 41M HP. At best, I think my level 9999 mage (with around 40000 stored levels, I think) will take off 10% of that in one round, while he overkills her by 5-7 times in one hit. I'm still working on powering her up as much as I can, though.

Disgaea 2 had animation skipping, but I guess the PSP version of 1 has it too (but I haven't played it). But I actually preferred doing my grinding in the item world, because those fixed maps get really old quickly for me. The randomness of the item world keeps it fairly interesting until I feel burned out.

Persona 4
is absorbing my life.
It is one of the most addicting games I ever had the chance to touch.
Of course since I was traumatized to death with Normal in Persona 3, I am playing in Begginer mode. Guess what? I am having MUCH more fun

+9 Doppleganger. Physical skills are much stronger than magic (Barring monster INT skills). Also level 200 Lovely Cupid has ridiculous stats but then again I did level it properly >_>
(Double killed Item Bosses, filled it with specialists)
Regardless skills are even overpowered on your end ==;

whut
Back on topic though...
Still playing
7th Dragon
. Just thrashed Flame Eater who was disappointingly easy compared to the hell that is the two desert dungeons before him ==;
The fact he can use Flame Veil though gave me a bit of surprise though.
Also
Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon
. In all honesty I'm not really enjoying it that much for some reason. Then again the game does feel a bit primitive compared to its later cousins.
And
Lufia 2
... because a rather recent thread got me into playing it again >_>

WOW me and a buddy got done with the legends of wrestlemania demo. I must say its is probably the best wrestling game ive played up to date(on par with wcw vs nwo on n64) a must buy for anyone who enjoyed that game.
The mechanics are pretty good because you can button smash or keep your cool and act like you're in a real wrestling match(real fake wrestling) by comboing and throws and submissions. The best part is pounding on someone elses manager. Theres no greater feeling after getting hit by your opponents manager than to go outside the ring, grab the chair and pound his face in.

Picked up Pokemon Platinum last night.
They seemed to fix a lot of the minor issues from D/P, which is good.

If you want to enjoy the game, try easy. The game starts very slowly, but I did enjoy it a lot.
