From what I've seen so far, I can say pretty confidently that it really is the best version of the game. ToP SFC and GBA aren't even in the same class. Even with PSX, it took everything about the PSX version that was great, even improved in the graphical areas, and then added voice-over on top of that. It's no remake, but it's certainly the best version
The one tiny complaint that I have is that the Narikiri Dungeon 3 sprites look a little rough on the PSX backdrops. They probably should have put a little bit more time into smoothing out the battle sprites, but that's honestly my only issue with it.

Finally got my hands on
Melty Blood Re-Act
. I've been needing to get that for some time.
I'm still playing Children of Mana and such still.

I started playing Wild Arms 2 again, after that I'll play ToDr again.
Can anyone reccomend a good RPG for the DS? Mine is gathering dust right now........
I'll probably try aiming for the FF3 remake......

Mario & Luigi DS is really good.
Man, I don't see how a DS could gather dust.. I think I have a bigger stack of "to play" games in the 11 months I've had mine than I've had for any system before it. Every time I'm ready to move to another game in the stack, two or three new games I really want come out. It's insane.

Yup. I thought the gameplay was a lot more solid.. but the first game had more humor to it. The story to the second game was really dry in comparison. I was a little bummed after the great work that was done with Mario & Luigi 1 and Paper Mario 2.

Mario Kart DS
Yggdra Union
Shin Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun - Kunio Tachi No Banka
Riviera
Tales of Eternia
Ragnarok Battle Offline
Just finished Warioware Touched
I'm also playing various DS and GBA games, and trying to force my way through ToP GBA. Lag kills me though.

Yuck, you couldn't pay me to play ToP's GBA port. But playing Sumon Night 2 on the GBA and Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin for the DS and loving them both.
On the console side, I got myself into Success/Atlus 's
Metal Saga
. There's no plot, and little story, but the game has me completely hooked. It's so funny, too. There is no end to the zany crap just thrown in there. The localization is obviously overdone to the extreme, but it's not like it hurting anything with the complete lack of forced story. Seriously, no cut scene is longer then a minute so far, even the introducxtion from your character's mother. You're always DOING something, and there's a lot to do. From seeking bounties to painting your tanks (a pain, admittedly), playing minigames, or sending gifts to your potential bride or chioce. Encounter rates are perfect (except for one area) and everything revolves around money, not leveling up so much, so there's no need to spend time doing so if you're clever abount making a profit. You can just upgrade your vehicles and fight things well above you. It's like harvest moon with tanks and outlaws, kinda-sorta.
It's NOT for everyone, though, but worth a rent if you like non-linear open-ended gameplay. Really would benefit from a players guide for certain things, though > >i

I'm playing
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
, again (I'm using the Wind Waker Preorder Disc). After playing through the original version again, I'm finally, after 3 3/4 years, playing my Master Quest game again. This is one of those, "It's about time!" cases. After retracing my steps, I'm back on track. I'm also reminded of one thing...have a checklist for the Pieces of Hearts. It's hard to remember what you got when not keeping a list. However, at least I was able to get the checklist on track too. Now, the dungeon are much tougher than in the original, which I like. However, I hated the Water Temple dungeon in the original and I bet I'm going to hate it even more in the Master Quest version.
Also playing
Tales of Destiny
(PS2). I love it a lot but Ocarina of Time is stopping me from playing it some more, though I want to.
Same deal with
Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria
(PS2). I love it a lot but it's taking a backseat thanks to Ocarina of Time.

The water temple in Master Quest is pure evil.. but fun.
I'm still playing Tales of Destiny.. meandering my way through the bonus dungeon. I'm also playing Riviera on the GBA. That's probably the most interesting game, concept wise, I've played in a long time. Plus, it's fun to be a dick to the annoying anime girls.
It's a SNOW DAY here! No work for me! No work for me!

Remindelight! Is it actually any good? I've been considering getting it.
I actually got it awhile ago but I now have
Castlevania Portrait of Ruin
. Excellent game but the room designs are a little lacking compared to the other games.
Also I now have
Melty Blood Act Cadenza
, its a lot better then Re-Act in my opinion, though you still can't play as White Len
Also finally getting it working again I going through another round of
Imperishable Night

I haven't posted in here a long time, but eh...
I'm playing
Final Fantasy III DS
. I was liking it at first but now it's pissing me off with its "you must lug a crappy white mage around the entire game, effectively only giving you 3 class-changeable characters". Being most irritated at having to transform just to go through some stupid entrances. Any other classes that could possibly use these damn spells still don't have a single MP in level 2 while having 10+ for level 1. MP distribution in this game is completely whacked.

Ver. B Trial for the PC featuring Len and White Len. Click the first orange link, the second one is for the 16-bit textures version which you probably don't want when you can get 32-bit. The game isn't that much graphically intensive, although it does eat up more memory than ReACT.

I already have played the trial version. White Len is pretty bad though since she's is a lot slower then normal Len. She does hit pretty hard though. Seems to run fine in 32-Bit mode for me.
Also unlocking Neco-Arc Chaos is a pain since Neco-Arc is such a terrible character.

Ugh - I couldn't stand using Neco-Arc for more than a 1 round joke
I've actually settled into using Akiha Vermillion. Even though if I get hit three times, I'm dead, I find it's more fun to play as her. She's fast and her vuenarabiliy gives that desparation feeling to every fight (Actually a good thing to me, lol)

Heh, Final Fantasy only works for me when it's IV-VI and IX. I did pick up the I & II release for the GBA and enjoyed it a little bit.. I just don't think they aged quite well, especially compared to the early NES Dragon Warrior games, which I think I could ALWAYS go back to and enjoy.
