Hello there, I'm trying to translate one PSX PAL game, and I've read on thepsxdoc2 that the memory card data (Which I still have in the other language) is on S-JIS format. I got a thingy table from romhacking.net, but the problem is that Translhexletion, Thingy  and SearchR always crash whenever I load that table and a file (Whether the file is a Memory Card from some emu or the SLES file). What am I missing to do?

My method was to open up the file containing it in Hex Workshop and scroll around the file until I found it. Hex Workshop MUST be in ANSI mode (I think that's the default, anyway) and Windows MUST be in Japanese mode to see it.

If you have trouble seeing the Japanese you can also just search for the hex values of the title and you should easily find it.

If the title has any variables in it (like, game time) it's going to require a little bit of ASM knowledge to move them around.

Actually, what I'm translating is a French copy of Resident Evil into Spanish.
I think that all the lines won't pose too much of a problem. I'll look for Hex Workshop. Thanks for the reply.
