I know you might not be the ultimate authority in linguistics but...

I was wondering if someone might know a few good courses to take in college/university if I wanted to go...say...the way of a game translator [or at the very least part of a localization team.]

Is this a worthy venture of education or am I just wasting my time?  [ie Finding a job in said field is next to IMPOSSIBLE]
