The voices will be in English, all the text and menus are still in Japanese. Actually, I'm not sure about the CoM remake.. it would be odd to have one disc in Japanese and one in English.. especially considering that Final Mix II was made almost solely because Japanese fans demanded the English voice cast.

Yeah, that was something I've been wondering.  Maybe they'll give you a language option for the CoM remake?  That seems most logical.  I hope that it's voiced in English... Menus and such are easy to handle, but even though I've played CoM before, I'd really like voiceover...

But hold up just a minute, you say Kingdom Hearts II came out last year? Why yes it did, but Final Mix is a special edition of KH2 that includes the full U.S. version and a bunch of bonus features. These include extra cut scenes, new bosses (including Sora's evil twin Roxas) and a 3D version of the GBA's Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (that's right, a full game is considered an extra).

Square-Enix has traditionally released these "director's cut" of their top-tier RPGs only in Japan and if EGM is to be believed, Final Mix will mark the first time one of them has made it to America.

Yeah, I read that somewhere else.  I'll be holding off on buying this game when it comes out in Japan.  It's starting to sound almost definite that this game is coming to the US.  Cool.

Plus, any added scenes (if not voiced) will probably be translated online within hours of the game's release. Still, with how big the series is here, it's coming out here. Don't take Final Mix I as a release indicator, that was more of an upgrade for the Japanese market since the US version already had most of that new stuff in it already.

except for the extra keyblades sch as diamond dust and one winged angel

Whoa.. a NINE disc soundtrack set.

http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=TOCT-26221

Complete box set release of music from the hit Square-Enix game series "Kingdom Hearts" announced in conjunction with the release of the upcoming game "Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+." Box set includes an extended version of the original "Kingdom Hearts II" soundtrack (the original much fretted about by series composer Yoko Shimomura due to the shortening of many tracks), the complete, previously unreleased soundtrack to "Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories," the previously released original soundtrack to "Kingdom Hearts I," and rare, previously unreleased tracks. Package design by series director Tetsuya Nomura with new illustrations.
