Well, I remember gogs mentioning in the older version of the forum when I started the topic about Jack Thompson going after Penny Arcade where he mentioned along the line of, "Better him than someone with actual intelligence rallying against gaming culture."  Well, I will say he does have a point.  I'll go ahead and celebrate but I would keep an eye out for anyone with actual intelligence trying to police the industry.  So yeah, he's finally disbarred.

In fact, I think to celebrate, I'll go ahead and go on Gamefly and buy a copy of Bully for the 360 off of them, as a way to say, "You didn't stop anyone from playing it on the PS2 and you can't stop me from playing this game now." (Not to mention, it helps that I love the game when I rented it on the PS2).

Oh yeah, did I mention I still need to buy Grand Theft Auto IV?  Yeah, he's not stopping me there either.
