I know most of you here purchase and import stuff online so I guess I'll ask here , I recently purchase a game and the shipping package was from FedEx, it came and I sign already. Today in mailbox I receive a mail saying I owe them 15.73, I never got this problem before because the guy like UPS, CanadaPost, and etc usually ask to pay the same time I sign the package. Anyways is there a way I can pay online because I don't want to mail my money. It a hassle to withdraw money then buy stamp and envelope and mail just to mail 15.73, also if possible someone can tell me the step to pay online.

I will never use FedEx again. I also had the same problem as you.
THREE months after I had imported a game from the US, they sent me a letter saying I had to pay a similar amount of around 15 €.
But it should normally be possible to pay using a bank transfer. They gave me their bank information where I could pay. Normally they should have given you the same information. Otherwise contact them by phone and try to solve the problem.

Errr, sorry this is old, I still cant solve this problem T_T, anyone can help?
