Sad

PS3 > XBox 360

Its doing exactly the same as the first XBox to me so far. Good graphics, bad games.

I liked Gears of War, BioShock and Lost Planet. I LOVE Oblivion. I loved my Xbox too, I owned 25 Xbox games so I can't say I agree with you. Admittedly, I liked the PS2 better than my other two consoles.

But right now, only Heavenly Sword and MGS4 interest me on PS3. It's the one that has yet to prove itself to me and it's way too expensive as well!

Actually the main reason I'm going to get the PS3 is for the new Gradius title.

<3 Gradius

Oblivion I've yet to try though, mainly due to my PC specs don't match up and I don't really see anything that catches my eye on the new XBox except for that new DOA game, yeah I'm a pervert, go figure.

The first XBox didn't really shine until it had online support really. Although the XBox has a ton of modding capabilities that might prove interesting to me. If the 360 does have those abilities as well, I may consider getting it.

Question is, can they top the awesomeness Treasure made out of Gradius V?

Nothing really super interests me on the PS3 or the 360... I haven't touched a Metal Gear game in my life... I have much other games to worry about without adding another series to my list... I'm not a big Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, or Final Fantasy fan... DOAX2, although I can't stop staring at it, I'm not interested...

The only thing that interests me on either of those two consoles is that new Sonic game. and Wild Fire doesn't look like it will be enough to substitute for it... I'm definitely set on Wii. Maybe I might get a 360 just for Sonic if I can afford it, but Wii is priority one. I'm about to butcher the Japanese language in an attempt to make an Onegai Teacher reference... Saiyo senji koiyo.

I plan to wait for about a year after all the consoles are out before I decide anything. That should be ample time for everything to settle down and some good games to come out. The only thing that would jinx that plan is if either Guilty Gear X3 or a Tales with the same battle system as ToA comes out for any plattform. Then I just gotta have it =D

Currently, I'm kinda interested by a PS3, not at all interested in a 360, and rather interested in a Wii. Fortunately I'm pretty sure a friend of mine will buy a Wii at first chance, giving me ample time to try it out.

I never played Gradius V Sad

Could never find it, but if they top Gradius Gaiden, then I would be impressed.

The controller redesign is old news but my brother has held the boomerang controller before on a PS3 prototype while he was in Japan, he did say it was awkward to hold and it was a pain to use, so there we go.

You're brother is lucky. I actually liked the look of the thing, and since I have big hands, it'd probably suit me, I since I'll never play with it, I don't know for sure. Did he mention if the shoulders were hard to reach? Its the only thing about the controller I was worried about.
